Registration Eligibility & Guidelines for High Holiday Child Care

Registration Eligibility & Guidelines
 

1. Masks will be REQUIRED. Children will be able to remove their masks during outdoor activities.
2. Registration is open only to children whose parents are seat holders at Congregation Shaare Tefilla for the High Holidays.
3. Participants in the child-care program must remain with their designated group throughout the duration of the program. Alternatively, parents may bring their children into shul, providing that seats have been purchased for them.
4. Infants (3 months - until potty trained) must be accompanied with all necessary supplies (diapers, bottles, formula, pacifiers, diapers, wipes, and change of clothes) in a bag clearly marked with their name.  Parents must feed their infants all meals. Our staff cannot assist individual infants during their respective mealtimes.  
5. Toddlers and children NOT exclusively bottle-fed MUST bring a packed dairy or pareve lunch that meets the kashrut standards appearing in the Akiba Academy handbook. We will provide snacks and drinks.  
6. Parents must pick-up their children promptly at the conclusion of the child-care program. After a ten-minute grace period, parents will be billed for after-hours supervision.
7. To ensure the safety of your child, no child will be admitted to or released from the child-care program unless he or she is accompanied by a parent or designated adult. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any child who attends any of the programs without advance registration will be billed at the rate of $55 per day. Children who have not been registered in advance will be admitted ONLY if we have enough staff to provide appropriate supervision for extra participants.

Rosh Hashanah:

• Day 1: 9a-1p (shul 8:30a-1p)
• Day 2: 9a – 1p (shul 8:30a-1p)

• Kol Nidre: 7:15p – 9:30p (shul 7:25p – 9:30p)
• Morning: 9:30a – 2:30p (shul 9am – 2:30p)
• Neilah: 5:30 – 8:14p (shul 5:15p – 8:14p)

High Holiday Childcare Payments

After completing this form, click SUBMIT button at bottom of page.  You will be automatically taken to the credit card payment screen.  All HH Childcare must be paid in full up front.  If you need to pay with a check, please contact the office at 972-661-0127 for assistance.
