Mission Statement

Shaare Tefilla is an Orthodox synagogue that engages the modern world through the prism of Torah and tradition. The Congregation encourages spiritual growth within a caring and supportive community.  Shaare Tefilla is guided by the following core values:

- Commitment to halakha (Jewish law).

- Talmud Torah (Torah study) as a fundamental, lifelong engagement, regardless of background or skill level.

- Love for the State of Israel and appreciation of its religious significance.

- An embrace of and respect for fellow Jews.

- Emphasis on the family experience, with a high priority placed on quality youth programming.
