5783 KOL HA NE'ARIM TALLIT

Kol HaNe'arim, "The Voice of the Children."

Each year, the high point of Simchat Torah is Kol HaNe'arim, when all the children gather around the Torah as it is being read, surrounding it in the final moments of the Torah reading cycle for the Jewish year. This beautiful ritual takes place under a canopy, usually made of multiple tallitot. To beautify this custom, Shaare Tefilla has a massive Tallit, large enough to accommodate the many children with whom our Shaare Tefilla community is blessed. To give each family a sense of belonging at this special moment, you can have your children's Hebrew names embroidered on our Tallit, to become a lasting part of this special moment! If you would like your child or children's name(s) colorfully embroidered in Hebrew on the Shaare Tefilla Kol HaNe'arim Tallit, please complete this form. Questions? Please call Joyce E Kelly 972-661-0127, or email director@shaaretefilla.org

Deadline for submission - Shavuot 5783 - Shabbat, May 27th, 2023

Note for families with children's names previously embroidered on the Tallit:
Unfortunately, there is no way to group family names together with previously embroidered names. Children's names who are submitted with this order will be grouped together as a family; however, they will not be grouped together with your children's names from a prior order. Thank you for your understanding.
